Q: When can I expect my parcel to arrive?
- Item will be shipped the next working day and you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code in it. You should expect it to arrive within 2-4 working days.
Q: Why have I not received any update from Anya Active regarding my order status?
- Check your junk folder, otherwise you can contact us at email@example.com.
Q: How does Backorder work?
- We may open for Backorder when a product is out of stock, and is waiting to be restocked. There will be a waiting time of between 1-4 weeks for the product to be restocked.
- Do note that if you placed an order with an item on Backorder, we will ship out the order once all the items are stocked. If you need the other items urgently, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can I exchange/return my product?
- We do not provide refunds at this point, but we welcome exchange of products (subject to availability, and excludes yoga mats). For more info on how to exchange your product, please refer to this link.
Q: What size is suitable for me?
- Our sizing is true to local (Asian) sizes. The exact measurement is provided in every product page on our website. For sports bra, you can refer to this link.
