Q: When can I expect my parcel to arrive?

  • Item will be shipped the next working day and you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code in it. You should expect it to arrive within 2-4 working days (with an exception of back-orders).

    Q: Can I exchange/return my product?

    • We do not provide refunds at this point, but we welcome exchange of products (subject to availability, and excludes yoga mats). For more info on how to exchange your product, please refer to this link.

      Q: What are the differences between the leggings?

       Q: What is Anya Rewards Program?

      • We launched the Program to reward all our customers, for believing in our brand. With the program, customers earn points for every $1 spent with Anya (amongst other things), which can later be redeemed for perks! It's absolutely free, no strings attached.

      Q: How does Backorder work?

      • We may open for Backorder when a product is out of stock, and is waiting to be restocked. There will be a waiting time of between 4-8 weeks for the product to be restocked (for production).
      • Do note that if you placed an order with an item on Backorder, we will ship out the in-stock items first, and the backorder item(s) separately. If you need the other items urgently, please contact us at hello@anyaactive.com
