We’re looking for someone meticulous, hardworking & helpful. If you are one who finds little joy in doing repetitive tasks and you like keeping things neat and tidy, we want you!
Note that this job involves quite a bit of heavy lifting & being on your feet for almost the entire day.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities of the warehouse, including picking and packing of orders, quality control standards, preparing shipment deliveries and warehouse space management
- Handling customers’ queries via e-mail and Instagram and providing them with prompt solutions, escalating issues where necessary
- Oversee and assist with inbound and outbound of stocks
- Working closely with HQ to manage logistics for events
- Manage customers’ returns - including inspection & processing store credits & exchanges
- Update the Operations SOP & assist with training the part-timers
- Support HQ with miscellaneous tasks, including photoshoots & events where necessary
Requirements
- You have very strong organisational skills and attention to details
- You have worked in a relevant field (including operations, fulfillment, warehousing, customer service)
- You have a can-do-attitude and you’re a team player
- You possess strong communication & problem-solving skills
We are looking for energetic & positive individuals to join our team as a Retail Ambassador (part-time). As an ambassador of Anya Active, you should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values: You believe in movement, in the power of showing up and in practicing kindness towards our bodies.
Available between mid-September to end-October.
Responsibilities:
- Create a smooth and welcoming customer experience for every guest, including handling their inquiries, being attentive to their needs and offering advice on fit
- Assist with tagging of products
- Assist with receiving and processing new stocks, replenishments & returns
- Upkeeping a clean and tidy shopping environment
- Assist in reporting on product & overall sales performance
- Work collaboratively with HQ to provide prompt updates
Requirements:
- Must be 19 and above
- You must have an interest & passion in what we do and offer
- You are an empathetic individual who is able to anticipate & understand the needs of our potential customers. You love meeting new people.
- You are dependable, organised & pro-active
- Minimum of 18 hours a week, including 1 weekend. Open to working both opening and closing shifts. Hours: between 10am-9:30pm (split into 2 shifts). Location: Orchard, Singapore

Your scope:
- Conceptualize & assist in developing new activewear designs that align with the brand's aesthetic and target market
- Conduct market research to identify (1) emerging trends, technologies, and materials relevant to activewear and (2) upcoming/seasonal colours
- Work with team to advice on how to incorporate fashion trends and styles that align with the businesses' visual identity and target audience
How do we imagine you:
- You have an eye for visuals, trends, colours and aesthetics
- You are passionate about fashion (Big bonus: If you're also passionate about that active lifestyle or are highly familiar with activewear)
- Minimum 2 years experience in fashion design/fashion merchandising
- You take a lot of pride in your work
- You thrive in an environment where you can work independently and pursue your goals creatively
